1. Business identity
The Omniarch provides large-scale digital production, digital product services, websites, web applications, interactive reading systems, brand/graphic design, and media/content direction.
2. Services and engagements
Every commissioned project is defined by agreed scope, timeline, deliverables, revision expectations, and payment terms before work begins.
3. Payments
Payments may be collected for digital services, commissioned builds, design work, consulting, content direction, and original digital product packages. Payment does not automatically expand project scope beyond the agreed deliverables.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, required materials, access, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights depend on the project agreement. The Omniarch may retain rights to original systems, processes, drafts, unused concepts, and portfolio presentation unless otherwise agreed.
