Digital services
Because The Omniarch primarily provides custom digital services, refund eligibility depends on project stage, completed work, delivered milestones, and the agreement made before payment.
Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment processing or administrative costs where applicable.
After work begins
Once research, design, development, production, consultation, or delivery work has begun, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on completed milestones.
Delivered digital products
Delivered digital files, deployed websites, design assets, consultations, or completed digital products are generally not refundable once accepted or delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
